After bidding goodbye to my sister, we proceeded to Gurney Plaza. Biasalah, Mysarah...ada aje nak membeli...
We had a late lunch at none other, Hameediyah Restaurant...
By the time we reached there, the beriani rice was almost finished but they were making more for the evening crowd. Ada juga lauk yang baru masak, so we had piping hot fish curry and also grilled lamb to go with the lovely beriani. Heaven! :)

And I sure love the pics of that hotel scene in Penang. I really miss Penang, and makan at Gurney drive bila malam.

Really, Penang has the good food around! Still, no matter how good the food is, I couldn't go for seconds... hehe...perut kecil! :))
The hotels along Batu Ferringhi beach have the best view and are always choked with tourists and locals alike. I'd rather spend my holidays here, and, have been doing so all these years.

kami anak veranak tinggal di vistana hotel, bukit jambul sbb i mmg nak duduk dekat dgn rumah lama i biar i mudah nak jengok maktok. dulu kami duduk di hotel tepi laut.. i malas nak keluar bilik sebab anak2 nak buat mcm2... nak mandi lah.. nak naik kudalah.. nak naik moto besar lah... tak de masa nak jengok maktok....
Hah, terjawab sudah misteri ketandusan nasi beriani! Kan kak Som? alahai!
Mah, kenapa tak cuba nasi beriani kat Kayu dekat Vistana tu? Sedap jugak, tapi saya pun dah lama tak ke sana...hehehe!
Masuk dapoq Kak Som jumpa mee hailam, masuk sini jumpa nasik meryani.. Tersiksanya jiwa raga I sementara menanti siang!!
